Shipping damage claims

Immediately check your product comprehensively after you receive it. Claim to us as soon as possible if you found any shipping damage. We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 7 days since the receipt of product. Note existent damage on your product before you and the driver sign-off on the lading bill. Take pictures of any damage that is found, and mark the date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete. Report damage claims within 10 days of delivery to a IRON AGE customer service representative.
